DHS Anti-Harassment Policy

Unlawful discrimination includes harassment on the basis of an individual’s race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, parental status, political affiliation or any other basis protected by law, that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s work performance or that creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment.
