she was forced to retire (constructive discharge) due
to working conditions and close supervision which caused her to suffer
health problems. Complainant also alleged that due to her race, she was
singled out and supervised more closely than other non-black employees,
and her Assistant Manager insinuated that she was wasting time and asked
her if what she was doing was constructive.2
