The boss screams at everyone

Similarly, the AJ found that both male and female employees in ORW were

faced with an abusive work environment and that the behavior to which

S1 subjected complainant, such as screaming, slamming doors in her face

and pounding his fists on the desk, was his regular behavior towards all

employees.  Numerous witnesses, male and female, testified that S1 was

not a good supervisor for whom to work, that he was loud, became easily

angry, and ran the office with a “feudal management style.”  Again,

the AJ’s finding that male and female employees alike were subjected

to an abusive work environment is supported by substantial evidence.

As such, her finding that complainant failed to establish that she was

subjected to harassment based on a protected class was proper.  We discern

no basis on which to disturb the AJ’s finding of no discrimination.
