Types of EEOC complaints

There are seven types of protected classes that merit an EEOC Claims that you may complain about. If your claim has evidence and is a protected class under the seven types of discrimination mentioned below, and you file your EEOC Claim on time, it may be accepted.

These seven protected characteristics constitute the different types of EEO (or equal employment opportunity) cases that may be brought against a federal agency through the EEO complaint process.
