Agency hopes you forget these things in your settlement agreements
The agency will always try to lower the award, by oversites that they will not inform you about.
namely:
Attorney fee’s – even though the AJ ordered the agency to pay attorney’s fees, if you sign the settlement agreement, and it does not mention attorney’s fees, they don’t have to pay them.
Back Pay: agency prefers in their SA that you signed, no mention of back pay, making them not responsible for paying back pay.
