does an owcp approved claim prove disability?
Finally, we note that just because complainant’s OWCP claim was approved,
does not alter the agency’s obligations under the Rehabilitation Act. The
question of whether an agency has satisfied its obligations under the
Rehabilitation Act concerning reasonably accommodating a particular
employee, is a separate inquiry from any determinations that OWCP might
make about that employee.2 See Cleary v. Department of Veterans Affairs,
EEOC Appeal No. 0120050911 (December 21, 2006).
