The managers do lie through their teeth at FEMA. The vast majority of them are sociopaths who get their kicks off of psychological torture. Bullying, mobbing and retaliation for EEO complaints are commonplace. And FEMA’s EEO office is overwhelmed with cases that the many sociopathic managers have created. After a federal employee files formally, the agency has 180 days to investigate. My formal case was filed in more than 180 days ago, and they still haven’t investigate. They do not care and the Agency will only protect their sociopathic managers.
Note: I’m trying to figure out why the undercover lawyer forum is so active? Most comments appear to be from last 4 months. I have even seen EEOC administrative judges as well as EEOC investigators, that are retired, giving help to people with EEOC cases. They recommend books, evidence tactics, and they give additional hope to some very depressed people.
